Curiosity got the best of me so I went and took a look at the damage to Road 63. Here are some photos: one,two, three, four. Looks like this will be challenging and expensive to repair.
Based on the orange cones at the bottom of the slide, it looks like it is still sliding......It will probably be a while before that gets fixed, unfortunately.
When Donovan said it was a LONG detour, he wasn't kidding....Oh well, I guess there are plenty of other trails to explore.
