    Surprising that the F.S. takes full blame, and accredits the cause as too much road building and timber harvest.  We'll see what attitudes are 30 years from now...

    I coulda done without the cheezy background music!

    • A while back, someone posted a PDF that talked about many of the same things, but it was interesting to see some of the video footage.  I wonder if it is recovering as well as expected?  It has been over 10 years now.

      I could have done without the cheezy background music, too.....

      • I thought the music helped emphasize just how dramatic the floods were...just kidding.  I thought the very beginning was especially over the top.  Still though it was pretty crazy to see the old road packed with massive backhoes and bulldozers.  I often wonder if all the efforts to return fish creek to a more natural ecosystem have been considered a success.
