Is it a short or a long trail?
That depends, I guess. I think it's about 4 miles more or less.
Is it the Rho Creek Trail at the junction of the Tumble Creek Trail?

Yes and no. Yes, it's the Rho Creek Trail. No, it's not the the junction of the Tumble Creek Trail. It's a junction with an abandoned trail which appears to lead to Jim Meadow. This junction is about 1/3 mile or so below the upper end of the Rho Creek Trail (below Road 4670).
Your turn.

There is a similiar post at that junction, but after I think about it, it is still standing upright.
I will have to look for another photo to post.
This trail can be classified as either a destination or through trail. This view is now included in one of the new wilderness additions. I stepped off the trail 10-15 feet to take in this view.
