Yes, I think I've been on this trail, but I don't think I've ever been on this end of the trail.

Well, I did some looking and it looks suspiciously like Si Lake (north of Fish Lake in Olallie Country).  It isn't quite at the end of the trail (it depends on which end you start from), but it is close.  I never realized Si Lake was somewhat heart shaped.
