I know it's not it, but I have a photo from our return trip up the Grouse Point trail near 4611 that looks very similar. Nice little ridge traverse it appears

That is a pretty spot on that little ridge on Grouse Point trail but the one in the photo is on the other side of the river. No, I can't tell you which river.

That photo looks like several trail sections I've been on. I'll guess Fish Creek Mountain.

Your comment about needing to get in on the official register made me think it might be Fish Creek Mtn. Although it seems to have disappeared again....
Anyway, what trail in a newly minted wilderness is this rockslide on?
