Rob you are correct. The photo was taken about a mile or so west of where the Bagby Trail comes into the saddle to the west of Silver King Mtn. So you get to post the next photo.
You might want to check your spellchecker, for some of your words are looking a little foreign to me.

Kirk you are right, that is Battle Axe in the background. I think Rob has already given the correct answer for the trail, being on the Whetstone Trail. I knew once I put that photo up, people would figure out which trail I was on.
