Has anyone been up the Clackamas River the last couple of days that could tell me what the road condtions might be?

Don,

I don't know if this helps you, but yesterday I drove up the Clackamas as far as the junction with FR 63, then drove FR 63 along the Collawash as far as the junction with the Graham Pass road.  No problems of any kind.  I could see that it was snowing and sticking to the trees in the higher elevations, and the snow level may have dropped overnight.  But yesterday there was no snow below about 3500 feet.

Thanks Doug. I was thinking of going up tomorrow just above Austin Hot Springs on the 46 road near the 2000 foot level to try and locate some more tread on some abandoned trails in the area. It looks like it would be about the same elevation you where at. If I can't get that high, I will just have to do some hiking further on down in the canyon.
