OHV Plan MHNF - Final Decision

Well it looks like the decision has been made.  In a nutshell for the CR RD:

OHV use limited to 4610, west of North Fork Quarry.  Use past this area is now prohibited.  Looks like Abbot Road/4610 itself is still on the books, for now for it's entire route.  Also included is part of 4611.  A couple of logging roads near the far west end of 4610 will be converted to OHV trails.

Graham Pass/Rho Ridge: OHV use is no longer allowed.

Now, istead of posted signs prohibiting use, a map will tell where use is allowed.

Big changes coming out there.  Started with lots of road trenching, now the OHV restrictions.  The question is, will the FS be able to properly administer use?

Here is the official document.  A confusing read.

Unfortunately, no. The FS can't enforce existing camping rules in the river corridor. I can't imagine they can possibly have the man-power for several OHV areas. I'm most concerned about the roads off 4610 that go down to the NF Clack and the areas off 4611.
