I took a look at a few things, and it looks like it is a bug in the system.  Before I set my timezone in my profile, the time on your posting was only an hour off.  After I set it, it was 8 hours off (same as the offset).  There are errors in the logs about it, and I looked on the vendors site and they are in the process of fixing it.  Don't know when it will be fixed, though.

Thanks for looking into it. It's not a big deal if the times aren't accurate, just a little confusing sometimes.

I did the upgrade and tweaked a few things.  I think it is working as desired now.  Let me know what you think.

I changed the time settings again.  I'll see what this looks like.  The posting times were the same whether or not I was logged in.

[Later...] The posting time looks right to me now.  Let me know what you see.  Post something and see if the time is correct.  I'm not sure it would correct existing posts (not sure how it stores the time), but new posts will hopefully be correct.
