You've probably noticed by now that the site has changed its look again.  I didn't do it on a whim.  Some of you have noticed that the browser title is missing in the forum.  Somewhere along the line, either a theme update or a forum update caused the issue.  Still don't know the underlying cause, but since the theme that was being used was no longer supported and the fix was not obvious, I opted to change to a more mainstream theme.  It should be similar to what we had, including looking good on phones and tablets, but hopefully it will be more compatible with future updates.

Please let me know if you find anything that looks strange.
