Well my first guess is that that could be almost "Anywhere" in the west cascades north of Roseburg.

But I assume it is in the District. So my second suspicion is that it is on the Water Works road, South Fork.

I was wondering the same thing, could be he have forgotten to subscribe to the email for the topic? I had done that before, wondering why I hadn't heard from anyone, but in reality they had responded just I wasn't listening.
