Kirk and I were up on the top of Bracket Mountain - he found the marker (and the geocache, as well as another geocache in the forest!).  Great views from up there.

I think you guys probably took the easier route up there.  The one Kirk and I took was pretty brutal.  We were returning from our Surprise Lake trek and decided to come back via the ridge instead of the way we came in which was choked with vine maple.

This one was taken from a little side trail off a popular through route. What is the main route or can you make us an appropriate name for the side trail.

It looks like a very shallow lake - somewhere around Pansy Lake maybe?
